Horrible Customer Service & Can't Find My Account!

I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service because I'm trying to stop payment on my credit card and they weren't able to find my account with my email address, customer number, PO number, invoice number or credit card number. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and would like my account credited because I've had 2 payments go through in 1 month and can't afford to pay the 2nd one until next Friday. I wasted 45 minutes of my time because I was put on hold for 15 minutes and rep never came back on the line. This is unacceptable customer service and needs to be addressed immediately.
