Photoshop CS6: keeps saying that trial has expired every day

Unfortunately my Photoshop CS6 can't be fixed, I have worked with customer support for more than a year. After buying it outright a year ago, I am told almost daily my 30 day free trial has expired, Do I want to buy it again, I then have to log-in and reenter my serial and then the next day go through the same routine .
