Elements: How can I create Hierarchial Albums?

I would like to see the ability to have hierarchy albums so I can divide my albums into sub albums under one main album. For instance, I went on a vacation to England and France so I would like to create an album titled England-France-2015 with sub albums underneath this main album by the names of England and France. Under these albums I would like to further add sub albums with the city names. This is just one example of how I could use this feature.

That feature already exists for albums in Elements. Which version do you use?
Or do you mean the ability to assign hierarchical keywords in the 'Places' panel?

I just upgraded to Elements 13.

I'm talking about hierarchical albums. I've already been able to do this in keywords.

I can create multiple albums under an album category but I don't see any way of creating an album under another album similar to the way you can in keywords.

See the help file:

Don't click on the green + sign, but on the small triangle just right to get the dropdown menu to create a category.

That worked... I didn't realize you could create an album category under an existing one.
