After you apply a filter, the filterbar stays visible, this in contrast to the iPad version where you simply see a blue line indicating that a filter is applied. I would like to make as much as possible use of the hight of my screen, especially for portrait (upright) photos. When you click on the filter icon, the bar disappears. However, also the applied filter is removed! I would like to have the option that the filter stays. There is the reset button anyway, so why can't we keep the applied filter when we click on the filter icon? It is also an advantage if you work like me, keeping the photos of a particular project in one album. I do not need to see the lower rated photos and want to keep the filter permanently applied, but I am not interested to see the filter bar.
