You mean like the Warp transform, or Liquify?

Hi

I have to wrap an unrectified layer on a rectified image.
If I could stretch by fitting easy to locate point (street lines, manholes, tennis line, etc.) of the unrectified layer on the correct one). Between all of this point, the layer will be stretch or compress to fit the correct image.

I use Avenza Geographic Imager to keep the geographical coordinates.
