hi im having problems with camera raw settings think i changed something by mistake could i get a admin or customer care email to get advice a ill need to email pics pc to big to upload here

Can you be more specific or post a screen shot of the issue you are faced with? Are you on Mac or Windows?

hi Jef the firstphoto is the issue im having in camera raw the second photo is the same shot but in photoshop.
let me know if you need more info.

I would suspect an old/bad video driver or an unsupported graphics card.
Determine what video card you have and go *directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD)* and download the latest driver.
Just doing Windows Update won't give you the latest and greatest drivers. You must go directly to your card manufacturers website to check for driver updates.
If that doesn’t solve it, go to the Preferences>Camera Raw... and uncheck “Use Graphics Processor” and restart Photoshop: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/acr-gpu-faq.html
