Hi i haven't used my subscription at all since started it, i want to know how i can cancel and get a refund?

Note the terms - If you cancel an annual membership (paid monthly or once a year) within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50 percent of your remaining contract obligation.

Automatic renewal is part of the terms you agreed to when you subscribed. How long ago did it renew?

it must have been at the end of September, who can i contact for a refund, like i said i haven't used the service at all for the last year

They're all working correctly here, but you may have a localized DNS issue
