Hey everyone! I'm living as a disabled Veteran. Because of this; and my very limited income, I cannot afford the devices and software you folks are so creative with! I am truly impressed =) One day I'm gonna save up for some nice mid-range equipment; my hobby has always been photography and I was even one of the yearbook photogs in high school hehe

I have worked with a lot of artists who have older, slower computers, inexpensive cameras, and pretty darned cheap software (Photoshop Elements is not terribly expensive, and does an awful lot that Photoshop does, and there are others). Some are still using ancient software because that's all they can afford. It doesn't stop them from being more creative in 5 minutes than I am all day long.

Working with physical and/or emotional difficulties is a trial, and no one but yourself can know what your own limitations to bear are,  but I'll bet that your adversity nevertheless adds a depth to your imagination that may surprise you when tapped into. The creativity you need is there. Finding a medium of expression you can both afford and are physically capable of using isn't easy.  But a lot of us are still alive today because artistic expression is so very life affirming, whether we're trying to express our anger, our sorrow, our love for beauty, our humor, our awe of the universe, or simply our political and social views.

Your challenges are greater than many. If you can meet them, you just might find you also have an advantage. It cost you such a lot, I hope you'll find a way to use it.
