Did you purchase the Creative Suite Master Collection (edit: if so which version?) and are now complaining about upgrading prices or the shortened upgrade path or ...?

I've had this app at least 3yrs and it's been through serval upgrades. I bought a package in the beginning when you had all those fancy borders. Then the new upgrade took all the fancy borders away and you had to buy camera packages that had the noise reduction and new filters & some borders. I bought that whole package and made sure my account was registered with abode...and now yet again they are gone!!! I try restoring my purchases and it doesn't recognize my ID at all. I am really tried of buying $5 upgrades and losing them! I love this app but this issue of losing inapp upgrades SUCKS!!!! I would like this issue fixed

We have many different photo related products. Can you clarify which one you are using?

Are you referring to photoshop express? What platform is your device on? iOS? Android? What did you buy? What are you trying to restore? I can route this to the appropriate group if you clarify.
