Photoshop: Help with corrupted document, lost layers.

Somehow, I don't know exactly but somehow I managed to save my Art Design work in CS5 about 90 layers (and lots of days of work) in CMYK (looking normal) then, a light blackout ocurred.. when I opened it later all I got was a black background layer (in the locked state) with the rulers in its place that was all. but I don't get how the image got flattened AND black.

Looking at the .psd document I noticed I can see the preview thumbnail at the moment I want to open it, and that it was 147MB in size, so i'm hoping that some of the original image information must still be in the .psd for it to be so large, if so is there a way to "recover" it. It's very very important!! Can you help me??
Thank you!!!

Thank you Dropbox!!!
It saves versions and most of my work was retrieved.

Not much damage done this time but this is a serious problem.
Please look in to it.
If you need the damaged file I'm happy to provide it.
