Are you referring to Photoshop.com, Photoshop Elements?

If this is Photoshop.com, we can look up your account and find out if your images were deleted. We never delete your files from your account, even if your subscription has expired (in which case you can simply no longer upload files, if you have more that 2 GB of files already uploaded).

In either case, please verify you do not have a duplicate account (Photoshop.com) or a duplicate catalog (Photoshop Elements).

As far as I know I don't have anything with Photoshop Elements because I have been using CS. I have #4 now and have upgraded 2 or 3 times--Just the Photoshop.. At one time I had a email address "babymidnight@bellsouth.net" and a short time a comcast.net (don't remember user name". As far as I know I don't have duplicate account. I do remember I joined toward the beginning of the site. They were trying out different formats. I hope this helps.

Your user name is your email address, so this actually lends itself towards a duplicate account scenario. I would try logging in with both the Bellsouth and the Comcast emails and see if one or the other has your pictures.

As far as I know, I only have one account. I want you to restore the pictures to my account. Please. How do I communicate with you, so I can give you my account information?

What type of account are you referring to? If you mean a User Account, this is a part of your OS and has nothing to do with Adobe or it's products. Photoshop Elements no longer works with any Adobe related account. In the past we had Photoshop.com, and it's backup services, but these have been gone for quite some time and we no longer have any of the files that were once hosted there.

I'm obviously using the wrong terminology, when I said account. I'm referring to the Adobe ID, which seems to be required for all things Adobe. Examples: 'My Adobe', 'Adobe Support Portal', sign in to PSE 13 'Sign In To Online Account', sign in to 'adoberevel.com', etc. This 'Adobe ID' seems to be the only constant. If an 'Adobe ID' was required a few years ago (when I had the old email address), then, my ID would have been different, but I would not know what that ID was. I've had my current email address for almost 4 years. How could Revel come up with a 4 year old, unusable email address? I had to lookup the old address in my files.

Your Adobe ID is your account. So you are referring to a Revel account? Admittedly, I don't that much about Revel. I believe it is a sync service, so you can share your images between devices. But since it is a sync, if you delete them off one device, you are deleting them off all devices and the cloud space. Is this what happened? If so, your best bet would be to go to the device you deleted the file on and undelete them (return them from the Trash or Recycling Bin to their original location). This will then sync them back to Revel as well.

One of your employees, Glenyse H, has been trying to help me with this problem. I guess she is on a different help thread. I'll take help from anyone, who can restore my missing pictures. Thank you!

It was not my intention to post in two different locations. This was someone else's thread, so I thought, after the fact, that I would need to have my own post. My situation was not identical. Sorry for my mistake.
