I need help, I had a disaster with my backup and now I don't have my serial key for PS Elements or the details for my subscription to PS Creative Cloud. Now I want to move to a new computer is there any way I can get this info back. My email is k.rob@iafrica.com

Go to the Adobe login page, fill in your email address and press the 'forgot password' link. It will be mailed to you.

You said: “now I don't have my serial key for PS Elements or the details for my subscription to PS Creative Cloud”. I told you how to get the latter. I can't tell you how to find your PSE serial number.

Hi Kim,

I looked under the email address you posted and there are no perpetual product serial #s associated with that account. Is it possible it's registered under a different Adobe ID/email address?

Thank you Jeffrey, unfortunately the Elements wasn't registered. I was wondering if there's any way of copying the program files across

Hi there Kim,

You need to use your original email name you used on Adobe and its password when regist ering your products and you will find those at this link: https://accounts.adobe.com and once there login, then click on Plans & Products, then click on View Your Products, then it'll list your serial numbers as registered if you did register them.

And that's Jeff's question.  Did you register your products under this email name you logged into here?  (k.rob@iafrica.com)   OR - do you have a different name (and password) that you may have logged in to register your products?

Thank you Steve. I think the Creative Cloud one is sorted but unfortunately the Elements was never registered. The Elements would have been a nice to have but at least I have the Creative cloud now.
