Lightroom mobile: Help with cloud not syncing properly

I’ve never had this happen before, any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks!

Using a browser, log into your account at http://lightroom.adobe.com and see if the images are there. If not, click on one of the missing images and see if it tells you any information about which client/device has the sync pending.

I am having the same issue.  All the photos that don't appear on the mobile app also don't appear on the web browser. It says syncing from MacBook Pro. What is the next step to fixing this issue?

Given that, it looks like you would need to open Lightroom on the Desktop and allow it to fully sync.

Desktop app says everything is synced and backed up but it's the only place I can actually see the photos.
