I used auto correct to fix some photos and now I can't upload the corrected pics to print. They sit with a small question mark in upper left corner. I think I missed a "saving" step. Please help! It says I have a missing file?????

What Adobe application are you using: Photoshop, Elements or Lightroom?

And when did you do the Auto Fix, some time ago, or just now?

I did the correcting last night and then tried to upload to Costco... it said searching for missing file and then when I did get it to upload I only got the uncorrected photos. Sorry, very new and not understanding the layers.

Normally after making adjustments you would use File / Save in the PSE Editor module to create a new copy of the photo, somewhere. Did you do that?

Where do you see the question-mark, on a thumbnail in Organizer?

If you are unable to open the photo from Organizer into the Editor, anymore, then the file, itself, has been moved or deleted since you added it to Organizer. Is that a possibility?

Photos don't reside INSIDE organizer. Organizer merely remembers where they are located on your hard drive. If you have deleted or moved the photos after importing them into Organizer then the photos need to be put back or if they are in a new location you can redo the adjustments then do a File / Save. If you've removed them permanently from all locations then they are gone.
