Elements: Missing Search Box (Windows 10)

When I open files in photoshop, I had a search box that let me find images to edit. All the sudden, the search box is gone- how do I get it back?

Hello Lisa. I have the same problem and posted yesterday. I am using an El Capitan Mac computer and use the Finder window to open images in PSE11. Are you by any chance using the same?

No- Dell Windows. Very troublesome!
Now I am opening dropbox and PS, minimizing both so I can drag them in :(

Are you referring to the editor or organizer? What version of Photoshop Elements are you using? I have Windows 10 on my computer.
