Not sure I fully understand the question.

Sounds as though you have been given an assignment to use PhotoShop to  edit an image.

To do that you need a copy of PhotoShop, This website is a forum for Photoshop users, it does not have a copy of PhotoShop.

Photoshop is not free, unless you plan to use it on an ongoing basis, I suggest you go back to the person who assigned you the task and discuss it further.

If you do have Photoshop, then I suggest you do a google search for tutorials that show  how to change colours of objects in PhotoShop. It takes an acquired level of usage/skill in using the software

Alan, when (if) you get Photoshop it is a great tool for what you were describing, the changing colors or objects. One thing to keep in mind, maybe there are many ways to do that, is keep each object you want to work with as a separate 'Layer'. Then you can make some pretty interesting things.

I was doing something like that with a building and kept the stucco, roof, trim. and railings all on a different layer. So . . . . blue roof, green building or red trim. . . . it can be strange.

Good Luck!

We have a term used in the Tech business: RTFM.

The PC version of that would be "Read The Fine Manual"

Manuals today are digital too...

Try this one:

I don't understand the "need" to be passive aggressive BEFORE offering the helpful advice in the last sentence here...?
