HELP! Lightroom classic doesn't sync

Hi, I hope you can help. I have a subscription for LR Classic CC and PS CC. On Sunday I uploaded/synchronized 40 images from my ipad-prod via Lightroom CC to the cloud. Back home I wanted to synchronize LR Classic, but the command (in top left corner) is greyed out. checking preferences everything seems okay. I checked the location for the planned sync and everything looks okay. But still the command for synchronisation is greyed out. What could be done? Any idea? uninstall and re-install LR Classic? - By the way, I am pretty happy with the performance of Lightroom CC. Cheers, CF

Hi Christian, 

Can you please share the following :
1) help-> system info 
2) expanded Identity plate (top left corner)
3) Preferences -> Lightroom sync (hold alt and click generate diagnostic log)

Hi Arjun, I have tried to follow your instructions but only get to 2) and can't find expanded identify plate so I also can't get to 3). here is what I see at "system info"



where do I find this expanded identity plate, pleasethxs for yr help and regardsChristian

I will do as suggested. regarding identity plate: it indicates that synchronisation hasn't started yet. willl mail you diagnostic log later today

Any results yet regarding my synch-problem? I was considering to uninstall and re-installt my LR Classic to see if this helps, but I don't want to go threw all that repairwork and re-installing of presets. Could it be that uninstall and re-install might help?
