HELP ! Lightroom CC mobile. WHERE is the button for downloadind the pictures in the galery ?
It was there the past month ! It looks like a BUG or a CHOICE from ADOBE without telling me ?
I PAY each month for a professional device. TODAY, my client can't dowload my pictures from the galery.
It was easy to do it with the simple icon on the top of the page. I'm very angry !

Hi Manuel,
If you have made an album in Lightroom CC or Lightroom Mobile, you need to go into the album settings on Lightroom Web to turn on Download.
If you have used another workflow, please let me know, so we can investigate further.
Thanks,
Richard

Thank you Richard for your answer. But i don't find the "turn-on download" button on my app (ipad). i can share my album making it public. But there is no button in the app for the turn on dowload option.

Hi Manuel,
You need to view your account on lightroom.adobe.com. Select the Album and click the Gear icon to the right of it in the navigation panel on the left side. Click on the Share tab in the settings dialog and check the box for Download.

Is there any way to select the file type/size that photos will be downloaded as?

Not that I'm aware of if using the LRCC web interface. It used to download only a long-edge max of 2048 pixels, but now it downloads a full (cropped) resolution Jpeg. I can't see anywhere to modify that, but that doesn't mean there isn't one somewhere. If there is, someone will no doubt advise us accordingly.

If you need more granular control, you'd need to use the "Save to" option from LRCC desktop, but that would be under your control, not under the control of the person you shared the album with.
