My LR Classic weeks ago stopped synchronizing with Lightroom CC installed on my iPad-Pro. nobody here had an idea what coud be wrong. today I checked my "preferences" in Classic and wanted to delete all contents within my Adobe-Cloud. but then I was told "test-phase" over, and I would have to buy Lightroom CC?? Strange, sinvce I am a subscriber to the Creative Cloud Photography (LR AND PS)

What is going on here???????????????????????????????

Thanks for your assistance

Make sure you are logged in via the Creative Cloud app.

Johan's suggestion is a good one. It sounds like you may be logged in with an Adobe ID other than the ID used to purchase your description.

I have tried to log out of Adobe, logged in with the other email-address. still the same... But I am sure that this is my problem re synchronisation. But still don't understand why Adobe allows to mail-adresses for log-in and then blocks the whole procedure without letting you know....

Is the email address you used to register for this forum the same as your Adobe ID? If not, email me your current subscribed Adobe ID:

@ Rikk Floor and Johan Elzenga: Thanks re yr advise. I finally managed to log-out/login properly via the CC-App and this allowed me to empty my adobe-cloud. And now synchronization seems back to normal again. PROBLEM SOLVED. Cheers and have a nice WE
