Help! I think ive hit some shortcut on my keyboard and can't seem to get rid of this grey outlined box!

I was working on a flyer on photoshop and accidentally hit some keyboard shortcut and have a grey outlined box hovering over my image and it tends to move every time i zoom in and out of my canvas! Ive attached some pictures..please help me get rid of it..it's super annoying!

Which product are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version are you using?

That looks like you may have triggered an OS shortcut for a screen capture or something similar.

Hi! Thanks for your reply :) I'm not sure if it's a screen capture as the rectangular box just wont go! :( Here are some more details:

Which product are you using?
Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended

Which version?
Version 12.0 x64

Which OS version are you using?
Mac OS X Version 10.9.5

Please help!!

You need to install the Photoshop updates, you should be on 12.0.4 or 12.1.1.

Could you have drawn a vector path (probably with the rectangle tool)?
