Oh this is all so time consuming! I will have to dig all that up and hope I don't lose all the things I have saved over the last few years. It started when I did updates. Suddenly things changed my settings with the free cc live offer. I may have messed up getting that since I wasn't in a place to buy it. Unless there was a virus for PS, I don't know... I just know it changed the country and the settings and now I can save pictures but not upload them on AOL and on MailChimp where I do a mail out and really really need to update it but both of those give me an error message that says it is not a .jpg I don't know why and it's blocking my work! Now I am afraid I am going to lose other type of settings and that sticky pictures is time consuming just unsticking them over and over, esp. if they get too close to each other! Whose idea was that??? It is such a personal setting for someone to override!
I don't guess I have a choice. Thank you, it really made me feel better to find a human!

I am saving them to my folder on my computer and then trying to upload them to an email program (Mail Chimp).
When I search it, I can tell others have the same problem but no one can tell them what to do to fix it or why it's not accepting it.
