Does anyone have a clue how to get a hold of a real person not from India that can check on my licensing of lightshop?
I bought 4 lightshop's but cant get my first one to license. It says internet connection error. which is bull. Adobe is the only company I can't get a hold of. I tried Wed Thursday & Friday & I was on the line over 4 hours to try to License the product. It works but is their a read me file where I can check to see if my key is installed. I am in Thailand right now so the 4 hours on 1800 is costing a ton.
Thanks if anyone can help. all bought in the U.S. . I don't think it is a key issue but I really want to figure this out before I give these download online keys as gifts!
Thanks Barry Shulman

Which product did you purchase? (we have Lightroom and Photoshop, but no LightShop)

Network connection errors are usuallly local issuesL a bogus entry in the hosts file on your system, a misconfigured firewall utility, or a localized network issue (ISP).

Hi Chris,
It is Lightroom 5 ...My Bad. I think it is a key issue as I noticed I bought 2 discs on EBAY that were out of bundled discs(stand alone full versions ) But I noticed both keys are Identical numbers . They were sold out of Lithuania but the items were made in or most likely originally sold in the U.S. The only company I know that will sell multiple licenses with the same numbers are usually for business's & I am thinking that the vendor may even be the same person with a different vendors name. Can you tell me on bundled discs do they use the same key number. That just wouldn't make sense for an American company. Staying in Thailand I can get a copy for $3.00 that will work but I am not a thief & would rather get a legit set of numbers. I deal with other companies online with software keys & Adobe is the first company in 11 years that has an internet issue-so I kind of doubt that is it. Is there any inside numbers to California so I can talk to someone from home?
By the way thank you for the help!!!!!!!!!!!

You most likely have pirated software. Even bundled disks have a different serial number for each license. Adobe Customer Support will be able to tell you if the serial number is valid or not.

Thanks! That is what I thought. No moron would make it that easy to sell keys on the internet if you could use the same keys over & over. I already contacted EBAY to get refunds. Thanks again!
