Installation of PSE and PRE instructions are poor, even nonexistent!!!! Why were there four CDs in packet, 2 for MAC 05 and two for Windows. I ordered for Windows! There were no instructions in packet for installing the program and explaining pro and con for CD 2. When I tried to send photos by email, it asked for a verification code that was supposedly sent by email. I have looked in both incoming and spam log and as far as I can see never received it. Your Tech's can't give me the time of day without the verification code and that was what I was trying to get help from them on.
I have been using Adobe Photoshop Album and Photoshop Elements of several years, so this should have been a simple upgrade, I have spent 6 hours trying to install and get help but now I am told I have to wait until Monday to call a help number and give them the case # 205912081 and see if they can help me. I now have to copy the photo files to CD's and drive them across town to several different people that wanted the photos yesterday. This has been very frustrating and I am not happy with PSE and PRE at all, at this point!!!!

Elements is a cross-platform license so your serial # works for both Mac and Windows installers.

If all you need is Windows, put Windows Disk 1 in your computer and launch the installer.

Put the Mac disk if you need to install for Mac.

If your computer doesn't have a DVD drive, you can download prior versions of Elements here:

You can install the current version from here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html

If you need additional help, see the following topic:
