Photoshop: HDR Processing Error (CS6)

When using Automated HDR Merge Pro, PS CS6 Extended will load the images (3 in this case) and then states "Generating Output Panorama" before the process crashes. The Layers tab displays the 3 images being loaded, it shows the HDR Process, but after the crash, the layers are unloaded as is the Merge HDR Pro Process. All 3 images are the same size, .NEF (Nikon Raw) with a +/- 2 Exposure value with minimum to nil vertical and horizontal shift as all shots were taken from a tripod. Also, each shot has same zoom and focus level. And each shot is has the same Pixel/aspect ratio.

I can resolve this problem temporarily with a system reboot, only for the issue to resurface...
