Has anyone else noticed that LR Classic HDR output seems to be really flat and dull? It's like it strips all the zazz out of an image. Is it just me or have you also seen this?

It's flat for headroom for you to apply edits.

Lightroom just creates the HDR file. You can check the option to apply an automatic adjustment as well, but if you don't like the result of that adjustment, then change it in the develop module to something you do like.

NVM, duh. I got it. Thanks, I turned off Auto Settings and that helps.
