Lightroom: Haven't received teacher edition serial number

My wife and I have been waiting for 8 days now for you guys to give us our serial number (Teacher edition, already validated on the website). Called Adobe twice and was told both times that I'd have to wait for custserv to respond to the email I sent them 8 days ago! What's up with that? Your website says that it's only a 2-day wait at best!

Hi Benny. Looks like it was submitted on the 4th and approved on the 4th. Is it possible it was captured in a spam filter? In any case, I've sent the serial to you via a message on Facebook.
