As you can already read in the crash report - your ATI video card driver is crashing.
Update your video card driver from AMD/ATI's website (NOT Microsoft or a system builder - their drivers are often years out of date).

Updating the video card driver from the AMD website did not solve anything.

And is the crash report the same, still showing the AMD video card driver crashing?

And it still says that the ATI video card driver is crashing.
And it shows that the version hasn't changed.

Sounds like you need to talk to ATI/AMD about why the updated drivers aren't working.
