Lightroom: Has there been a change in the DNG-file-format from LR 3.6 to LR 4.1 RC?

Hello!

In order to judge the exposure quality of images I sometimes use rawnalyze. Although this program cannot open my original NEF-files (because my Nikon D7000 is not supported) it does open DNG-files exported from Lightroom.

There was no problem doing this with LR 3.6. - yet by opening a DNG-file exported by LR 4.1 RC, there comes the error message: "Image input file processing error - Invalid Image File Directory format" - only then the file opens. So, has there been a change to the file format in LR 4.1 RC?

Hello, I think that LR 4.x now also supports lossy compressed DNG, from the upcoming 1.4(?) DNG specification.
