Photoshop: If my hard disk fails will I be able to reinstall?

My hard disk has been acting up lately and I think it will soon be time for a new one (again!). I have the Adobe Creative Suite CS5.1 installed on my disk. I know that it is always a good idea to save and back up the drive, but what if the disk fails before then? What will happen to my CS5.1? will I still be able to reinstall it on a new drive with the same serial? or will I be SOL and have to purchase a new license? I would like to know so that I can immediately uninstall my software to avoid any heartache in the future.

Hi Alex,

Yes, you will be able to reinstall. You should definitely back up your failing drive, the deactivate your Creative Suite.
