Photoshop CS6: Hand icons stick in Layers Panel (MacOS 10.8 bug)

PS CS 6, Mac OS X 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion)
Often when I click in the Layers Panel the hand icon sticks, doesn't disappear when I release the mouse. As I continue to click, more hands stick until there's a spread of hand icons across the panel. When I click outside the panel, the hands disappear. VERY ANNOYING!

Since the cursor is drawn by the OS or hardware -- that has to be an OS or video driver bug. (Photoshop couldn't make the cursor stay, even if we wanted to)
There have been a number of cursor related bugs reported in 10.8, mostly when multiple displays are involved.

Which specific machine and GPU are you using? The bug is almost certainly OS version and GPU specific.

Please let Apple know about this so they can research the bug and start working on a fix.

Thank you, I'll report to Apple.

It occurs on both my 27" iMac (ATI Radeon HD 4850) and Mackbook Pro (Intel HD Graphics 4000), both using Mountain Lion. I also use a Wacom Intuos 4 graphics tablet with both.
