Hello, I've read a previous post regarding this topic. Someone could please confirm me that there is no way to place a guide (using View > New Guide... > type in px o cm) relative to rulers' origin? If I place the origin of the rulers in the middle of a 800x600 px document and try to create a vertical guide typing in the pixels, for example 20 px, the guide is placed 20 px from the left margin of the document and not at 420 px (using absolute x/y coordinates) as I'm expecting. Is this behaviour ok? For me it makes not a great sense...Luca

The OP's issue was fixed a while back. This should work correctly in current versions of Photoshop
