Graphics card and crashing on MacBook Pro

I have a 2009 17" MacBook Pro which I updated to 13.1.0 yesterday. When I started up Photoshop today it said my graphics card was incompatible with 3D effects and then crashed. I switched over to my more powerful graphics card (GeForce 9600M GT 512MB) to see if that helped. I don't get the warning about the graphics card any longer, but Photoshop crashes after a few minutes... I need to get some work done today, so is there a way to download the previous version? Please help as soon as you can. Thanks

Without the crash log, the email address you used to submit it, or the GUID from the bottom of the Adobe crash report - I can't tell why you're crashing.

I think the email address used to submit it was steve@heimen.org or steve@edneymedia.no

But after doing some reading I deleted my preferences folder/file from my library and it then worked ok the rest of the day.
