So, when I try to use Photoshop CS6, it says that "The 3D features require that 'Use Graphics Processor' is enabled in the performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum of requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly" So, I checked my VRAM 3270 MB, Use Graphics Processor "checked", please help me!? And VRAM for 3D is 2047 MB!!!

For some other reason your video card does not meet the minimum requirements.
Check Help->System Info for details on your GPU. Some older GPUs are disabled because they are known to have serious defects.

First, see the Help->System Info log to find out what Photoshop knows about your GPU.
Updating your GPU drivers from the GPU maker's website is usually a good idea.
But you may also need to shut off an integrated GPU, or you may just have an old GPU with serious bugs that cannot be used.
