Photoshop: Glyphs have stopped working

I had never any troubles with my Photoshop before, but suddenly they came. I have lots of fonts with glyphs and swashes. Previously I could easily choose a letter, hold the mouth on it and choose another styling.
But nothing happens now. I've also tried through Glyphes: I find a glyph, choose one - but without any changes. Everything in Preferences> Type is still turned on, and I can't find the reason why..

I've just bought a new font, where I've manually turned Swashes and Stylistic alternates on, but it doesn't help at all, I can't choose any swashed at all.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Howdy Alika,

Were you previously using a specific font for your swashes?  What's the name of that font?  Different fonts have different sets of glyphs.  Have you tried re-opening one of your earlier files?  Also, which OS are you running on?

Thanks,
David

We'd need to see the full report including plug-ins.

Hello David,

Thank you for your answer, I've used same fonts before, like f.ex. Still Shine, mighty Heart and appr. 70 others, but now the swashes seem to be unuseful and I can't get them to "work" again..It's same windows 10, same fonts, but no swashes..

Best regards,
Alika

Howdy Alika,

Something isn't quite right here.  I'd like to help you get to the bottom of this.  Can we setup a web-hosted screenshare, so I can see what you're seeing in real-time.  That way I can help you navigate through the app, try a few things, and find a solution.  All you need is a phone line and a web connection -- if you're in a different time zone, that's not an issue for me...

Thanks,
David
