Howdy Varinder,

What sort of problem are you encountering here?  On which OS?  With which version of Photoshop?  I ask because I'm not seeing a problem.

Thanks,
David

Howdy Varinder,

Are you familiar with the Animation/Timeline panel?  If not, you might want to watch a couple of YouTube videos on it.  Basically, you can control the opacity of layers and you can use that to cause your star to fade away as it blinks.

Hope that helps,
David
