In this situations I must always zoom-out. It's not efective, because it decrease precision of seting position by cursor. And it's extra step. I am usualy using Spacebar for moving in document. Looking for transformation input and seting value manualy is also non-efective.

It would be good if I could always look beyond the edge of the canvas by sliding on scrollabar or shifting canvas by spacebar.

Applications aren't supposed to be drawing outside the document window. MacOS and Windows both make that kind of difficult (requires a transparent window above everything else, which causes lots of other issues).

I think there was a little misunderstanding.
On my screenshot I want to drag top point down to reduce height.
But transformation point is beyond the edge of the window.
I want to hold the space bar... apply hand and move the canvas.
So I would transformations point in the window.
It is not possible.
I want to move the scrollbar.
But there is no scrollbar to move.
If you do not have a document in a window, so you can not enlarge the window.
I must zoom out. Then I have a transformation point in the window and I can use it. Is it clear?

I found in the settings of Photoshop, that feature is implemented. You can close this topic. http://sklad.bereza.cz/00-jarda/00_sc...
