Please, Please get rid of your India help people, they are absolutely terrible at their jobs and just about always have no clue what they are talking about in answering your questions! I have gotten so many wrong answers from them I don't even use them anymore, I just go to another product like Topaz or OnOne and use their products instead. You are making it easy to forget you and replace you Adobe!

Hi Stan,

Sorry you had trouble. I looked at your case file (using the email address you used to sign in here) and the last case I see is one back in August about membership pricing. I'll send you an email and find out if there's a specific case I can assist you with.

Okay, that sounds good! One thing they told me was that I couldn't have more than 30,000 images in Lightroom. I see that I put Photoshop as my product but after I got so many wrong answers in LR I quit calling them. Next my LR5 keywording keeps keeps dropping from my images after I save tem to disk and then the next time I open LR they are all gone! Just came back from Paris and keyworded 29,684 images, one month of work lost! Also in LR5 when I use an adjustment brush, the adjustment sliders don't work when you want to make some adjustments to it as you are using the adjustment. In PSCC I have to reinstall all my plugins about once a month as they just disappear from the drop down menu. Win7 64bit

Hi Stan,

Yes, Lightroom can support more than 30k images: http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/c...

For your adjustment brush issue, I often see customers who have the Flow or Opacity set too low to see the effects of the adjustment. If you set the Flow and Opacity to 100%, can you see the adjustments? http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjourn...

With your plug-ins, have you had to re-install them multiple times? You would have had to install your plug-ins after installing the CC 2014 update: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

I'll have someone contact you about your keywords issue.
