LightRoom: bright blue areas in deep shadows

Lightroom version: 5.7 [991162] . There is a very serious problem handling Fuji .RAF files. It is very clear that there is numeric roll over problem when handling extremely dark data. If someone will contact me, I will post screen shots. In very dark areas the data will often map to a bright blue. This is very obvious. The problem is in Lightroom only. It does not happen in bridge into photoshop, so I am assuming there is a problem with the import profile. I have tested this with three different cameras so it is not camera related. It manifest itself on any image that has very deep shadow detail and it requires that the black data be shifted significantly upwards to avoid the problem. Changes utilizing the stored Fuji presets widely affect the effect. It really makes lightroom useless as an editing application

Check the shadow clipping indicator, and turn it off.
