I try to organise my video clips through Adobe Premiere Elements 9. The site opened but after several secs I get a message that the programme has stopped working and the programme was closed. I uninstalled the programme and reinstall it from the disk. The problem persists. I downloaded a trial copy of Premiere Elements 10. To my surprise the problem persists. What is the cause of this problem. Any solution?

When you get the crash message, did it also name the faulting module?

It may be driver issue. Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver.
