ELEMENTS 14 - Frustrated with Help functionality

Your help is horrible. I have purchased adobe photoshop elements 14 and just wanted to add a tag. I searched and got 745000 results? When I go to help for a product I do not expect to see help for all products made by the company. That doesn't help at all. I expect to find help for the product I am searching from.

Only AFTER I search does it give the opportunity to select a product, and even then, it doesn't narrow it down to the version I purchased.

Quite possibly the worst search functionality in a product I have ever used.

Um..not asking a question. I am on the 'share an idea' tab. Why is it searching for similar questions? As a software tester, would never pass this product. yuck

Jeeze..I AM signed in. Lord what a mess.

I have to agree. It takes a professional tester to pinpoint the worst and almost useless way to access help...

For normal humans, I would recommend:
- browsing the online help file
- downloading the pdf help file for your specific Elements version:

- asking in the Elements user to user forum:

You are right, the 'search box' is pretty useless. You get much better answers by using the advanced searches in Google or similar.
