Frustrated in La Jolla

I had no problem using photoshop liquify (cs6) last week on my Mac, but suddenly lat weekend it started not responding and driving me crazy. I did all I could and even got help from our learned IT fellow but nothing seems to work. Help, help, help. Sia

What changed on your system?
What OS version are you using?
Did you install the WhiteWindowWorkaround plugin for Photoshop CS6?

Also, Sia, have you tried reinstalling the application?  Sometimes applications (or rather, one of the zillion files that make up an application) go bad due to any number of reasons (hardware fault, power surge, OS error, etc).

Hiya Sia,

If you joined Creative Cloud, then you should be running the very latest version, CC 2015.  I've heard of no issues with Liquify in the new release.

If you're still having troubles, we can do a web-hosted screenshare in order to help you troubleshoot the issues.  If you're in La Jolla, we're even in the same time zone...!  8-)
