Express: Frustrated by inability to "Restore Purchases"

I have been trying to "Restore Purchases" for my PS Express on my iPad.
I hit "Restore Purchase," and a couple seconds later it pops up saying:
"Premium Feature
Purchase Complete"

HOWEVER— every time I attempt to save the image, I continually get the same message over and over:
"Purchase this feature"
"Restore Purchases"
"Cancel"
And I continually choose "Restore Purchases..." But it NEVER WORKS.
I've checked and double-checked settings to make sure I'm signed in & everything.
I am at a loss. I would just buy it again, but given my experience with this, I'd probably end up cheated out of that money (twice).
I just want it to work the way it should.
