Friends cannot comment on my circulated collections.

When sharing a collection with friends via a URL, although they can access the collection on their mobile device they can't leave comments because a notice pops up saying they have to sign in to Adobe first.

This is the same whether I circulate the collection from my PC or laptop so I'm pretty sure it's not a computer related problem specific to my PC or laptop. Adobe spent a couple of hours remotely trying to sort this without success.

Is there a setting to correct this or is it a fault with LRCC?
