I have searched synced correctly and all the above after my hard drive crashed and when I went online to download my photos from photoshop.com I was told my storage exceeded limited and to upgrade. I did so within minutes. I then purchased photoshop elements minutes after that. I have synced corrected and searched both programs independant of each other and I am missing all photos from Jan 2012 to August 17, 2012. Help! I do not have a 2nd back up of these photos.

Hi Kelly,

We need some information to narrow down the issue:
1. Did you upload your missing photos to Photoshop.com directly or through Photoshop Elements ?
2. Were the missing photos present in your Photoshop.com account before you bought more storage space on Photoshop.com?

Thanks,
Vaibhav Arora

I have also been told my storage limit is exceeded, even upon first starting with Photoshop. I purchased more at $20 and still have been told I exceed the limits. What is going on here?

You need to provide more information so we can see what is happening.
Also, as noted in email - Photoshop.com is going away and being transitioned to Revel.

Also, I was told by photoshop.com contact to use revere as the photoshop.com was having technical problems. I have had no good feelings about having photoshop.

What contact? What is revere? What technical problems?
And Photoshop.com is not Photoshop.

Regarding the transition from Photoshop.com to Revel:

Adobe is discontinuing Photoshop Elements subscription services and Photoshop.com storage and sharing. We are replacing them with our new photo service, Adobe Revel.

If you are a paid subscriber of Elements plus or Photoshop.com, see this link for details as to how to get your free year of Revel Premium.
http://forums.adobe.com/message/50674...

Adobe Revel is a Cloud based photo hosting service accessible via a free photo app for your Mac, iPad, and iPhone. You can organize your memories using albums, event tags, and captions, crop photos, and apply filters to easily create amazing photos. You can also share photo albums privately on AdobeRevel.com or publicly on your favorite social network. Best of all, everything you do in Revel is automatically synced across all your devices—so you always have access to your latest photos and edits no matter what device you're using. With Revel, you can have all your memories with you wherever you go, and you have everything you need to make your photos look great.

As of now, you must have an app on an IOS based device (Mac, Iphone, Ipad) to get the full benefit of Adobe Revel (file access and editing). You can access Adobe Revel from a web browser to view, upload and download files. Soon you will be able to edit from browsers and other devices as well. All your photos are securely stored in the cloud, and you can access and edit them using the Revel app on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac (or just access them from a browser on other devices).

We will begin the transition by moving JPEG photos from Photoshop.com accounts to Revel accounts starting on April 2, 2013. (Other file types will not be moved. We suggest using the Adobe Media Downloader to archive your files to your computer)
