I think you have to call to Adobe for an ethic resolution for your rights.

Did you down load it on an Adobe website?
I see many, many website (not being connected to Adobe) giving this kind of possibility. Many time If you scratch a bit the surface you find out that these soft are useless

Is the download through the actual Adobe website? Have you tried using the Creative Cloud app to download your licensed software?

I would suggest you to approach our online chat support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html-- this will be the safe and sound mechanism for getting things fixed.

Fiona,

Call your bank to cancel your purchase.  It's a $35 fee in most banks and it's worth it.  They will cancel the charge if you tell them it was a bogus site.   The company may state their reason to keep their money but if they see it's a bogus site, you will win out.  The money goes back to you.

Then you can go to a real Adobe site to download the software.   Also, talking to a rep in chat can direct you to the correct site for a real Adobe software download.   Good luck.

Hi Fiona,

Would you mind sharing the site that you bought the download from? It would be good to share it publicly if they defrauded you.

Thanks,
Hannah
