Forum problem?

So, I just spent about 15 minutes writing a post about the problems I'm having in the Develop profile with custom camera profiles, and when I went to submit/post it, I was greeted with the following and all my work was lost:

From a customer service standpoint, I wish we could have better quality in what is going on.  In the past month, I've had terrible experiences trying to work with Adobe's phone and chat based assistance with folks who had no clue what they were doing or talking about.

Some of you have probably even seen the "feature request" I was directed to post by Adobe's support staff as the proper means of responding to problems I was having.   Fortunately, their bad advice/bad info in the end, accidentally ended up being helpful, but now I come back and spend the time to post something new for help, and the site does not even work reliably.

Update:  I've now tried to post this twice with the inline screen shot and it has kicked me out twice, dumping the screen shot each time.

I saw that post. It looks like some malformed HTML was pasted into the edit field. Did you author your post in another app and paste that into the web browser?

Sorry, notification of your response went into spam folder.

No regarding cut and paste, and was not editing.. just original submits.

All I did in each of the cases was compose in (current) Firefox and use the photo option (camera icon) below the composition box.

Ok. Thanks for the additional info. Hopefully it was a one off problem. I haven't seen this particular issue before.

It happened repeatedly that day...  the error shown and in other cases, the system posted blank/empty posts.  (Which naturally an admin simply deleted rather than having any concern for why posts with screen-shot/photos where the photo showed/displayed before pressing "submit" vanished and resulted in empty posts after pressing "submit"
