Hi
I created a Photoshop Express account a few years ago but havent accessed it for a while. I tried to log in the other day and i cant remember the passord. The problem is when I click retrieve password it asks for the e-mail address i created the account with. This e-mail address was an old work place e-mail address which no longer exists.
How can i resolve this problem?

Hi Charlie

Thanks so much for the help.

However, I have tried following the link you have provided but nowhere can I see any help or info for my problem.
I know the original e-mail address I created the account with but I cannot remember the password.
Therefore the help available is of no use for my problem. I need a resolution to retrieve my password by using a new e-mail address.

help!! :-(

Hi Colin,

I sent you an email to your yahoo email address you use here on the forums requesting the old one (just need to know what it is) you don't have access to anymore.

I don't recall whether I was a member of Photoshop or if I just haven't used it for years. I would like to be reinstated or join anew. David Buschman
