Why did Adobe eliminate U. S. Support? The people you get can only read scripts. If you ask something that is not on their scripts they can't support you. Up until a year ago you could ask for US Support and get someone that could answer your questions. Now you can't.
How do you reach US support? I have called twice recently without receiving an answer to my call. When I asked to be transferred to someone in the US they said they couldn't, If you ask a question that does not follow their script, you can't get an answer.
