Hello, I'm artist and webmaster, I save regulary my files in PNG format... but presently some PNG exported includes some artefacts, so I get a bad clean image in transparency...
To fix this, I must to use a free plugin nammed "SuperPNG" that works perfectly and support better that PNG Format built-in Photoshop itself, perhaps a bug?
I'd like so if you might to improve this feature in next updates. To get a clean, optimized PNG... When I use Illustrator I doesn't encounter this kind of issue...
I hope that you'll can fix/improve this issue than...
Sincerely
Nico.

I have the same problem. It looks like sometimes PNGs save without being cut properly by an alpha. Fine text becomes much bigger with a ragged edge. What's weird is that if you save again it can all work fine. Adobe, I have example PNGs of the same graphic where one save has worked and one hasn't. Contact me if you want me to send them on.

In the meantime, I was able to solve the problem by downloading the "Super PNG" plugin
