Premiere Elements: Font Capture: PhotoshopServer.exe - Application Error

I am using Windows XP and when I do a clean lauch I receive the following error message:
Font Capture: PhotoshopServer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x103ed4b3" referenced memory at "0x00000a74". The memory could not be "read".
Click on Ok to terminate the program.

I recently purchased Adobe Premier Elements. This error message only appears once I have booted up my computer. I have not opened any Adobe products at this point when the error message appears. When I click ok to terminate the error message it goes away and I able to resume use of my computer.
How do I fix the error message? It is annoying and slows my computer down upon bootup.

Thank you for any recommendations to my problem.

Is Premiere Elements (11?) the only Adobe application installed on your system?

Do you have all the Premiere Elements updates installed? (Choose Help>Updates...)

Hello Jeffery,

I verified that my Premier Elements 10 has the latest updates. I did read the additional forum message that you sent and did notice the following file does not exist within my Adobe folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0\Plug-ins\en_US\zCompilerQuicktime.prm'"
I have resorted to uninstalling Adobe Premier Elements 10 and will reinstall to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for your correspondence.

Hello Jeffery,

I unistalled Premier Elements 10 and for some reason during the install process I receive the following message:

"Adobe Premier Elements - Setup
The installation process has encountered an error while installing Shared Techologies"

I cannot proceed any further with the installation.
